hi dear i need some information &help from u on 10 years visa im in the process of jr got refused oral hearing & now in process of court of appeal and my dependent is in his 10th year of residence can he apply ilr on 10 years basis or not

hi atmone, is it ur JR or appeal...? during this time are u allowed to work...(if self employed r u doing the business) if our JR is in progression we r legal right.....im so confused n hearing so many things from here n there... well we r sending Home office the JR protocol notice....lets see what ...

i got my AR refusal ....i think next step is JR....i dont know why they r doing this to us....

Oh ok... Now I understand.... In my situation every thing was same except that they let me in after 3 hours wait n ask me to come next week for interview, I went there n she asked me some questions all was related to Toeic nothing related to business I'm sure meanwhile they dig all the related info ...
