Re: EEA employers letters

Another option is to request an employment history from the HMRC which basically shows the source of income, company name, start date, end date, tax paid and tax code Example: http://i61.tinypic.com/3325tv6.png But mine took 40 days, similar to a SAR (which I also got and is a lot more detailed but ...

Re: Exercising treaty rights as EEA national without PR

Just want to throw in my own opinion regarding BC without PR. This is currently my route. People argue BC is quicker with PR. But it's it? Based on forum posts here a BC without PR could take more than 6 months. In some cases 8-9. Even applications with PR seem to take sometimes 9 months or more Now...

No idea what that means. Actually what they told you is almost the exact wording of the acknowledgement letter. So n...

I wonder if people actually realise that countless complaints, letters, emails and phone calls are counter productive? Imagine there are 100 case workers, if the customer service asks each case worker for an update for every mail, including duplicates, they would use the 8 hrs per day just going bac...

Re: can I go on holiday after submitting the AN application

If worried you could always ask someone to keep an eye on your mail and immediately contact you if something needs doing. The problem is not necessarily the 15 days you have to submit your biometrics, but the fact that sometimes people receive the invite a week after the letter has been written - ef...

Re: Naturalisation and CCJ (desperate for an answer)

CCJs are taken into account. Section 3.3 of the AN Form asks for Civil Judgements - which a CCJ is (CCJ = County Court Judgment). So in Section 3.3 you need to declare the CCJ. I am not sure about the guides the Home Office staff using and how many are acceptable .. But leaving it out is pretty much...

Re: Got copy of life in the uk test lost the original

Call the Home Office if you’ve lost your pass letter. You won’t get a new one but they’ll tell you what to do. Why they waste space to say that rather than just posting the actual answer is beyond me. Given they say that you don't get a replacement and it is the only copy, I can imagine they give y...

I got my past 6 years employment history letter from HMRC today. I still don't remember the dates of my employment which i did in 2006. Re: UK NARIC and P800 UNDERPAID TAX FOR NATURALISATION

Correct. In fact, HMRC keeps changing my tax code because one year I underpaid, they change it to take money back, then I overpaid, new tax code once again ... Rinse and repeat 8) Thats PAYE (pay as you earn) for you, which won't take change of circumstances during a tax year into account (unless no...

Re: Will PND need to be declared

If the fine is paid then you won't have a record. But PNDs are on the police computer (PNC) which a record can be referred to. Not sure about the exact wording on the AN form but I think the bottom line is, there is a record about it somewhere and the form says they can access other agencies. If the...

Castration is not a requirement for citizenship.
It is not castration. Technically it means a chemical reaction where acid and a base form water.

Re: form AN version 05/15

I can imagine it depends on the case worker. As far as I understand, if a new form comes out, you need to use the new form. From what I read here on the forums there are three possible outcomes. Your application is declared as invalid and returned to you, home office doesn't care and processes it or...

Re: CCJ after Naturalisation Application

If the CCJ was not on your record at the time of the application - I don't see how that can be an issue. If it was on the record at the time of the application but you didn't know about it - maybe yes. But I am sure someone senior here can give you some better advise. Unfortunately case workers seem...
