You don't need to hear from a senior member!

He answered your question. Anyone else will tell you exactly what the previous user told you.

Re: Pre-Action Protocol for Judicial Review

Make sure that your father includes the real and correct evidence of his financial.

Judging by what you/your father sent them previously, there seems to be some deliberate mis-information in the financial information.

Re: Child's first passport

You’re usually automatically a British citizen if you were both:

born in the UK on or after 1 January 1983
born when one of your parents was a British citizen or ‘settled’ in the UK

When does the naturalisation process start?

Hi,

I was wondering when the process starts?

is it from the date that we made an 'online application/made the payment' online and received the confirmation of payment OR is it from the date that we enrolled our biometrics?

There's no information about this anywhere.

Thanks

Re: How to Contact Home Office - email etc

before the COVID, their excuse was short of staff or/and larger volume of cases! Now, they've added the COVID to that! :? I can assure you that they can process every application in less than 2 months. They don't need 6 months to process an application! Especially when we pay handsomely for this ser...

Re: Mistake in Naturalisation Online Application

I think Ive made the same mistake in my recent application but I have left it.

I assume they will either contact me and ask me to correct this or simply ignore it and process the application.

Re: Naturalisation processing starts when?

I have the same question! Is there an official information about this or like everything else with the government and the HO, we have to guess?! 18 years of dealing with these people is enough for anyone to commit suicide and I should be given a medal! There is a 3 weeks gap between my biometrics an...

Hi everyone, I entered the UK in Jan 2003 and claimed asylum and my asylum application was rejected and after a long and painful battle with H.O. I received a 3 year DLR in 2012 ( not under my asylum case ) which was expired in Jan 2015. I sent an application to extend my Visa (DLR) before my first ...
