Re: Returning Resident Visa - Query

Surely this is happening all the time! By definition, when you are Naturalised, you are a British citizen and have all the basic and complex rights as a British citizen. Naturalisation is the legal process by which a person changes their nationality. ... The criteria and process have changed over th...

If you pay money for advice they should definitely give you the source.
Unfortunately sometimes the advice from lawyers is not reliable - mix ups between immigration and naturalisation requirements happen (they are different).
as I experienced for years with these people.

Re: General discussion on naturalization applications

They are also saying there are no "third party" companies involved in their work! this is blatantly a lie as well. They work with police and other agencies to gather information about the applicants. Or are they trying to say that the police and other agencies they work with are part of t...

Re: Standard service Pay 2408.20 GBP Only options for now.

That option is only available if the HO has the capacity! they will disable it when they don't.

you can wait a few days and try again to see if it becomes available.

check their website every day at 1am .

Re: General discussion on naturalization applications

Absolutely right. The response they've given me seems to be incorrect based on what we see and experience. For ...
