received an email from INIS

We received a random email from INIS requesting the full postal address of the EU Spouse for a accompany spouse visa application. Has anyone else had this request?

We had given up on the application due to the 18+months it was outstanding.

Re: UK Citizen bringing Non-EU Wife

So can she start working pretty much as soon as I do? Or does she have to wait after 3 months to apply for a residence card? under the EU rules yes she is entitled to work as soon as you become a "qualified person" as above. However it may be difficult to obtain employment without a resid...

Re: UK Citizen bringing Non-EU Wife

Is there a way I need to prove this or is my passport enough? that is right, you actually have to exercise your treaty rights to be a qualified person - i.e. employed/self employed, studying, self sufficient. once you can ...

Re: cheapes-quickest self suffiency resident card in EU

I am not sure why you are complicating. If you are EU citizen working in Ireland and your wife is non-EU citizen, she just needs to apply for Short Stay one entry C visa (she will get in 4 weeks maximum) and she can come to Ireland and then apply for stamp 4. 4 weeks max isnt realistic. we applied ...

However, why was your spouse's ilr revoked? The visa might depend on this. it was revoked because a silly mistake made over 30 years ago to do with smuggling class A, sentenced 6.5years, served 3.
