Re: FLR(M) B1 Eng

Hi Guys, Someone just told me that the 2 years limitation is when if the Eng. Cert is not used within 2yrs and that one would be able to make previous claim if the level had previously been achieved. Hence, content of the B1 and is just ''speaking and listening'' 1. I wonder if HO excludes UK GCSE f...

Re: FLR(M) B1 Eng

Thanks WR1,
I am thinking they could ask for the 'purpose' and disallow sitting B1 for FLR(M), to maximise profits: as clearly segmented on Trinity's website- (un)fortunately, I'm unable to experience this and advice, and I wish someone who had, could tell..

Re: FLR(M) B1 Eng

Hi Amber The person I am enquiring for, is concerned that AI, B1, etc. lapses after 2 years and not sure whether previous claim could be made in 5yrs for ILR (as allowed with degrees).... But, why is something that is permanent is being restricted to 2 years? Another exploitation of the immigrants? ...

FLR(M) B1 Eng

Hi Guys

Is it acceptable for dependant FLR(M) to submit proof of Eng B1 instead of A1, so wouldn't need to sit for Eng again at ILR,?

Thanks

Re: Student Loan Support for an ILR-LR's dependant on FLR(M)

Thanks Amber, If I become 'naturalised' after a year on ILR/LR, could that accelerate my dependants' ILR or they have to complete 5yrs on FLR(M) apart from that My spouse came in 05/10 and would be clocking 10yrs around same time the 5yrs would complete. ? For example, a spouse/partner of a British ...

Re: Student Loan Support for an ILR-LR's dependant on FLR(M)

its abut a month now and we are from the commonwealth area. I am on ILR/LR and I know my dependants with the FLR(M) can not rely on my visa, as they'll be able to apply on their own after 5yrs One of them would need to go to Uni before the 5yrs lapses and would also be over 18 by then. I am concerne...

Student Loan Support for an ILR-LR's dependant on FLR(M)

Hi All, Does anyone knows if the type of the dependant refers above could obtain such support. Re: ILR for FLRM Kids born Abroad

Hi moderator,

I'm not confusing anyone and I was only trying to help as i had suggested that he should confirm .

Yes, i know its FLR(M) but I think if for whatever reason she'll not able to extend her FLR(m), she'll be able to use (FP) to push forward till she passes her B1 test and free the kids.

Re: ILR for FLRM Kids born Abroad

Hi ilrholder79 I'll try but please re-confirm. Technically, if your kids are qualified for ILR on their own right(ie. have completed their terms), then they don't need to be attached as yr wife's dependant any more Complete their form separately and your wife can continue to extend on FLR(FP) till s...
