A Property inspection report is not mandatory . But providing a false one may lead to a refusal . Thanks Vinny The solicitor visited our property and did a proper inspection and certified the report. My husband is going to apply for a Spouse Settlement Visa for the UK. Does he need to pay the Immigration Healthcare Surcharge which was introduced on 6 April 2015?

You need to start everything afresh as if you have not applied before. Fresh application, fresh documents to meet the requirements.
