HI,

I selected the wrong visa type (Academic Dependent) whereas the correct type is (Academic Visitor). I paid the fee and printed the document. Appointment is on Tuesday.

What should I do now? Can I change that in the printed form?

You have to state in the new application that you had a refusal and give details. The HO have records, no need to submit the refusal letter - just make sure that the reasons for the refusal have been addressed in the new application. Thanks a lot.
