Re: ILR Granted via JR - Effect on Naturalisation ?

@noajthan Thanks for the inputs. The HO has asked for 3 months to review and assess my claim (end of March 2017). Hopefully I will get to know by then on what their intentions are and how long I need to stretch my fight with the HO to get back what I deserved due to their wrong decision. Will keep y...

Re: ILR Granted via JR - Effect on Naturalisation ?

@secret.simon Thank you for your inputs. Yes I do plan to apply for an SAR in early 2017, since I need to wait for a period of 6 months to lapse from the time I was issued an SAR by the HO. I had requested an SAR in May 2016 after my AR refusal to gather additional evidence for my JR process. Consid...

Re: ILR Granted via JR - Effect on Naturalisation ?

@Deven Thanks for your inputs. My naturalisation app is a year way (23 Sep 2017) but I have already started the thought process. I am keen on applying through NCS since I can freely travel while they decide on my AN application. Nevertheless I will make the decision at the time when I need to apply....

ILR Granted via JR - Effect on Naturalisation ?

All Hope you all are doing well. Got a question, not sure if its relevant, but worth an ask based on what I have been through in the last 7 months with regards to my ILR. I have previously posted my entire case history on this forum with regards to my ILR application, but I think it will be too much...

How to Return Old BRP to HO ? - ILR Granted

Hi All I had applied for ILR on 13th Feb at Solihull PEO and was refused the same day and handed back my passports (dependent applied on the same time for ILR) along with the old BRP cards (T1 G Extension) since we had valid leave to remain until 04 March 2016. Down the road I was granted ILR via th...

Re: Public Funds (Child) - Both Parents Have ILR

Thanks CR001. This could be a daft question, but hopefully you could answer it. The Child benefit form gives me an option to backdate my claim by up to 3 months, which if I do then it effectively crosses into the period where I did not have ILR (pre 23rd Sept 2016). Would this make a difference to a...

Public Funds (Child) - Both Parents Have ILR

Hello All I believe this question might have been answered previously on this forum, but hoping someone could shed some light with links to the relevant laws and guidelines for me to read on them further. My question is related to public funds, and what can I claim based on my situation, 1. Me and m...

Judicial Review Success - 322(2) & 322(5)

By the grace of Allah (SWT) and the waseela of Panjetan Pak (RA), I have been granted Indefinite Leave to Remain based on T1 General 5 year route. The journey has been difficult and tiresome with no right to work for 4 months, but its been a steep learning curve with an opportunity to meet some self...

Re: ILR Refused for late ammendments

Hi Haimi

Its good to know that your PAP application cost only £200. Would be eager to meet your solicitor who did the PAP for yourself.

I have sent you a private message, would appreciate if you could get in touch.

Thanks

You cant. You can only insert one card details in the given option, and they do not accept part payments.

Nope I am still working. The employer checking service team have come back with a positive response based on my case no I provided a few weeks back after my visa expired. I am legal to work until my AR decision as confirmed by the HO in their email reply to my solicitor.

Today its been 60 days since AR submission and no decision yet. My solicitor has got in touch with the AR team and they have informed that it is still under consideration. They haven't given any reason for the delay. Hope its for the positive.

@ O_Relly Please refer to TMA 1970 S7. I am still waiting for my AR result, its been 43 days since submission. Then will decide my next steps based on the result. Hoping its in my favor, based on the ACCA certified accountant letter I have submitted with my AR explaining the SA process and filing po...
