Quick question:

I arrived in the UK with my parents (Polish citizens) in 2006 when I was 15. Can I count the 2006 - 2009 period when i was under 18 and in full time education towards my qualifying time?

Thanks for that. That's how I interpret it as well but as you say it is a case of blind leading the blind. I think I will have to consult with a solicitor to resolve this.
