Re: RoA CoE for a British citizen child born in India

Thank you Vinny.

Makes sense would need to register the child as Indian citizen first - apply for a passport -and the ROA.

Re: RoA CoE for a British citizen child born in India

Dear members
Hope you are well - if both parents are naturalized BC and child born in india - can the child apply for Indian passport ? What are the rules for this as the child is already british and obtaining a passport is a very long process.

To apply for ROA on Indian passport.

Thank you

Re: Tier 1 (General) to ILR with tax issues

So you are saying that you obtained both Extensions by deception !! For 1st Extension you Registered a company just for the sake of an Extension and closed it down . For 2nd Extension you Produced 24 payslips , No PAYE was paid. You don't have much choice here .... call HMRC and pay what you have no...

Take screen shots of your WatssApp screens and email them to yourself

Same can be done with Skype

They can be printed , if you need to show some sort of communication .

Re: address change on BRP card before ILR

I had changed my address just before ILR - all my documents i.e. Bank statements , bills etc. were on the new address

Did not inform HO - had no issues .

you can notify them the change if you wish .

make sure all your documents show the new address as well .

This is what I did . I get paid on the 26th of every month (Monthly payments)- but that is for working the whole month obviously . So mine was 01 April 2014 - 31st March 2015 . You get paid weekly - but I presume you still work the whole month - so choice is yours - how you wish to claim . Regards Z...

Re: ILR - Cohabitation Documents

Your wife's salary slips can be used as well.

I am not saying follow what I did , but just to ease out a bit , You should be fine .

I only submitted bank statements in my partner's name for the last 2 years and that's all . There were no issues .

I only attached 1 p60 , the one I received for the last year .

you are awarded points based on your income for the last 12 months , not 5 years .
