Hi.. one of my friend is in Tier 1 PBS visa and going to apply for ILR in FEB 2016, and his wife was in UK for 8 months (Jun 2014-Jan 2015) as PBS Dependent and went back to India for delivery on JAN 2015 and child was born there(April 2015). Now plan is Mother alone will travel back to UK in NOV 2...

Hi, My Husband is applying for ILR next week and he was in Tier 2 ICT, I am here for last 1.6 yrs and I am going to apply for PBS dependant for 3 yrs at the same time. Now my question is do I need to pay IHS? PLZ HELP ME OUT, so much confused with this IHS policy..Thanks in advance
