Shocking, I've got 2 employers on my year on WRS, one employment lasted 9months, another one 5 months and since then I have not been registering on WRC, although my third employment lasted for over a year, I did not apply for registration certificat, as 1 year was completed.

Someone else here on self employment 55£ per week income and 2 maternity gaps per 5years got his PR refused very recently and now appealing.

Without a doubt, your Treaty Rights commencend when you started work in 2005, it's either the date on your job contract of the date of your WRS if you were late to register. Thanks Forza_RC , hope you are right although I have my weak points too - i intentionally did not submit benefits section, as a worker I am allowed to claim and I did claim after my children were born. Even had a council flat. I will see if withholding this information have any effect on an outcome ...
