Congratulations! We have booked a test now and asked the Home Office to defer the case until we provide the evidence requested. I think we can make a case in the inadequacy of 14 days given if they decline it based on that. As you mentioned it is unlikely that they will give us the right to appeal. ...

Thank you for your quick reply.

The certificate was from Pearson Edexcel.

I have the same feeling like mnaeem126 where the integrity of institutions has been questioned and the case worker puts himself in a position of English examiner.

They even not tried to verify the evidence provided.
