also if child's father is abroad, section 7.1 - does it have to be filled? i made him sign it and send it to us by post. so i have it filled, won't it look dodgy if i declare father staying abroad but form would be filled?

what about section 2.3. since we are EU citizens, we have no stamps in our passports, so it's very difficult to remember all dates, i know we were absent maximum only 3 weeks each year
