This situation is a bit ridicules.. I am not in a hurry but still 4-5 months for a form like MN1 ? After paying £750 ? hahahaha.. Someone is not working efficiently for sure .. I am still waiting for my girls certificates since June. But I do believe that you can use fast track service to get the Passport in less than a week.

Yes there is nothing we can do, I have tried calling sent emails out but nothing what so ever. Thinking of taking risk of taking kids with me as the girls still got PBS dependent visa valid till Aug 2016... Though it is a risk as I am no longer on Tier 2 (now ILR) but read few blogs where people man...

Hi Guys, I am in same position, I got my ILR on 10 years long residency. Before we applied for ILR myself and my 3 kids were on PBS dependent visa as wife was on Tier 2. My wife and myself got ILR on 10 year basis now, but we did not apply for kids ILR as they all qualify for MN1 and eventually pass...
