Hi,
My dependents who have valid Tier 4 dependent visa till 22nd Aug 2020 intend to travel back to UK in April 2020. They will be travelling back after 15 months. Will there be any problem in immigration?
Do I need to travel with them?

Just one more clarification. Dependent visa was issued in Aug 2017 which will expire on Aug 2020. My family will return to UK in June 2020 to extend the visa and continue to live with me. My dependent's visa was issued on Aug 2017 so does that changes the 180 day restriction for my dependent. They have been away from UK now for about 8 months now so does the count reset ? I applied for my visa on 4th Aug and still waiting for visa. I called UKVI and they advised that the decision was taken on 15th Aug but still no further communication

Thanks for the response. Yes, I would have applied for ILR in 2011 but I didn't do it assuming I should be able to do it in future but I believe I have missed the boat. Cooling off period doesn't have be spent in your country ? The requirement is that you can't enter UK for 12 months - Please clarify
