Re: Tier 2 ICT Withdrawal and Re-application

Thanks for your reply. I had another question, now that the application has been withdrawn the scenario is as follows, 1. AWD stamp on the Passport. 2. CoS has already expired. So my queries are, 1. Will there be any issue or a delay in generating the CoS or it entirely depends on the efficiency of ...

Tier 2 ICT Withdrawal and Re-application

I was really unhappy with Chennai Deputy High Commission for their unprofessional behavior and long delay in processing my Tier 2 ICT. They were simply holding onto my passport and not taking a decision. During this time I had an urgent requirement for my passport and I filled a withdrawal applicati...

Long Processing Time for Tier 2 ICT

Applied for Tier 2 ICT on 22nd May 2015. Gave interview on 4th June 2015. I am still waiting for a decision. Can anyone let me know whether in such complex cases the 90 day timeline is honored by Immigration Department or not ? Also, the customer care that they have is useless as they never have the...

Re: Exceptionally complex issue letter for tier 2.

I have not heard back from them. It seems like after the interview they take around two weeks of time to make a decision. So just waiting with my fingers crossed. Interview was a deep dive into my current work and what I am supposed to do in UK. They also took details of my previous work related vis...

Re: Exceptionally complex issue letter for tier 2.

Hi aangell5501,

I received a similar letter from UK home office in my country. After that I got a call from them and they arranged a personal interview via skype. This happened a week ago. You can see the current status of my application in my thread.

Cheers

Re: Interview for Tier 2 ICT

I applied from Bangalore VFS. The interview was a skype call with a person from Chennai. They asked about job profile, company profile and why I need to be there in UK. They also checked about previous visits to other countries and about previous and current clients. It went on for half hour.
