Hi sbhpbm,
Which PEO your friend attended? Was he given the decision same day or application withheld for further checks and decision given later on?

Re: ILR Refused *** Please Help***

Hi Sbhpbm,
Has your friend applied at PEO or via post? Also, in his current ILR application, has he applied as Employed or Self Employed?

Re: Tax issue

Hi, I second to Jayna over here. Below is from 'tatetate' another post on Sunday 12/07/2015 in which he mentioned that he is going to apply tomorrow i.e. Monday 13/07/2015 by post. How come that suddenly changed into a PEO appointment in one day and ILR approved as well. Atleast, does not makes sens...

Re: Change of Tax Code

Hi Rana,
Same thing happened with one of my friend when he switched his job. I think you might have changed your job as well during the tax year in question.

Regarding your ILR, there will absolutely be no prob. My friend got his ILR without any issues.

Re: Tax issue ILR

Hi Blocked Username, I second you on your previous comments. The two cases being referred are extremes and cant go un-noticed by UKBA. The thing which i am also confused is how UKBA can verify your declared income with HMRC if your visa period (12 months) and Tax period (6th April XXXX- 5th April Ne...

Re: Tax issue ILR

Hi Blocked Username,
I am not sure as i have quoted what is mentioned on the HMRC website. I think its best if you can give HMRC a call (As suggested by Askhan) and share the outcome with others as a guideline.
