HI, Congrats everyone who got approved for ILR , I applied for my ILR on OCT 22nd ..still awaiting did anyone received their ILR on this date. Thanksgiving Kiran If u go thru all comment u can see : Applied oct.15 between 1st~18th oct.15 I saw all received thr ilr or papers,so now your turn kiranv5...

Hi I (main applicant ) applied through postal application tier1 to ILR on 13/10/2015 with one dependent Last week on 26/01 my dependent got BRP with approval letter of ILR and her passport . But I being a mian applicant did not received any thing no BRP , or any approval even not single supporting ...

If your read this form carefully, it is clearly show most of people will get thr result with in 4 month , so u need to wait for that time dear . I am sure u will get a good feedback from HO 

Yes true what you say , but no one give me a clear reply like O_Relly give me like here today , only everyone send me a link which is old version - 2014 (u can check the link also)and I am sure after that thr should be a new update on law. so I am little confuse ,that's why asking the same question....

1. first entry in uk I hv 47 days gap , is it any problem or do you think it may take GAP my application ?
2. Maternity allowance is it any problem for applying ILR ?
