Tier2 Dependent need to Serve Cooling off period

Hi All

I am going back to India to apply Tier 2 General visa, at present I am holding Tier 2 Dependent visa so do I need to serve the 12 months cooling off period or I can apply for my tier 2 general visa straight when I land in India

Hi sbetha

You can switch to tier 2 general inside the country as you are a dependent of a Tier 4 student

You can apply for the tier2 even before ever your current visa expire.

Your sponsor need to do RLMT and apply for the Restricted COS.
