Dear Hassanh,

Re: Notification to a person who is liable to be detained.

Zaibee,

Legal advisors are themselves baffled as to why this letter has arrived. I've spoken to two solicitors, both of them have said that this is something an applicant gets at the very end when the home office want them to abandon the UK.
Hope your gud luck works.
Thanks.

Re: Exceptionally complex issue letter for tier 2.

Hi Rajeev, As of now I've not received any decision on my case. This is my first attempt at tier-2 & as per the companies recommendations & expertise the SOC code & genuineness of vacancy are upto the standard. Could you please elaborate on what your friend has done now? After the refusal?

Re: Tier 2 ( General) Application Refused

Hi Rawshan, I'm not an expert to comment on your issue. On general rules as long as you have a UK degree (present & previous courses) & have had a continuous leave under tier 4, you should be exempted from RLMT. The main reason for your refusal seems to be the issue with vacancy genuineness ...

Re: Tier 2 ( General) Application Refused

Hi Rawshan, As per the summary you have given, it seems that you have meet the required criteria for tier 2. However, the refusal is a shocker.I've varied my application same as your case & still waiting for a decision. Do update on the forum once you lodge your AR. Stay calm. Wish you luck.

Re: Exceptionally complex issue letter for tier 2.

Hi Samjanas,
I had applied at the start of April but had to vary my application, so it's been over 8 weeks. Do keep us updated on the proceedings. I'll do the same.

Exceptionally complex issue letter for tier 2.

Hello, Forum users. I've received a letter from home office stating that my case has exceptionally complex issues related to it & it would take them a bit longer for them to decide on my immigration matter. May I know the experiences of people who have received such letters, what happens once th...
