Re: Inquiry of employment letter for ILR application from Tier 2

That is not up to me to determine. UKVI case workers will follow the rules and the rules require that your employer state they need you for the foreseeable future Thanks Zimba! My ILR is approved this morning! Eventually my PI wrote a letter for me with foreseeable future in it! Hope my experience ...

Hi All, I am going to apply an ILR through 5 year Tier 2 route. On the application form, it asks "when did you first enter the UK". Shall I write the actual date I enter the UK, which is almost 9 years ago with a student visa, or shall I write the date when I started Tier 2 Visa? Many than...

Re: In-country Tier 2 application timelines

Hi JT0024,

No, there is no any news from Home Office since my biometric enrollment letter. I never received any email, except for the confirmation of payments, from Home Office during Tier 2 visa application.

I am wondering if any people has any update timeline in June for their Tier 2 application.

Hi Manci,

Does it require the salary of the new job must be higher than that of the previous one, even if both salaries are higher than that of the new entrant salary? (If they are under the same SOC)

Many thanks!

Change of your address is not a problem for your case at all! If you really worry it, you just let your future employer know your new address when you move to the new place, then ask your employer to print out their changes of your address in their CoS system and send it together with your documents...
