Thank you for your reply. That means my wife can not apply for ILR this time. She has to have another 2.5 years extension to get ILR because her last five years were made with partially TIER2 dep and part from ILR spouse route. Am I right?

Thanks, so if I make late application there will not be any problem like over stayer. Because she is on TIER 2 dependent and my status is changed to ILR. Even though her visa valid til 06/2020. Is there any time line for such switching or we can wait until her current leave expires. Regards
