Hi there,

Your mother can speak in her own native language at the time of interview you just need to select the preferred language under the option which language you would like us to interview.

There is no such requirement for visiting visas to speak English at all.

Sorry for hijacking the post, Just a curosity that if a naturalisation application gets refused due to working when not authorised like working for 2 companies on a student visa. 1. Will ILR gets effected of the applicant. 2. If yes then what will happen to spouse's ILR also in process of naturalis...

I've got all the copies of sa302's since last 5 years.

But my original question is about NIC (national insurance contributions) for those 5 years my accountant told me it is not required for company directors who is only withdrawing dividends.
