Is it Ok to pay Tax (rework) in installment with HMRC?

@jibri So do you think is it better to declare default? because in the form it is asking about CCj, offence and crime, Civil penalty. Not sure if Default is offence.

Hi all can you please advise, Do we have to declare Defaults on ILR form, i am going to apply on 10 years basis? (I have few defaults which i am paying in installment) ( I don't have any CCJ)

Is default crime or civil offence?

does it create problem for ILR?
