Re: ILR TIMELINES- SET(O) SET(F) SET(M) (not Set(LR) PLS)

The wait is finally over ... No words can express my appreciation to this forum and the Mods, the gurus and other members. It has been quite a journey in UK for me since the moment I applied to T2G 5 years ago and got extremely delayed due to surge in RCoS, until ILR application with delay due to Co...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

That would mean it might take longer than Set (LR). I guess Set LR might also slow down a bit in December but as Octave009 pointed out, the backlog is only till Sep 3rd week. The load should reduce afterward. Sorry to say but I think it will continue for sometime as the queue keeps growing on the o...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

UKVI will send you a tracking number. Once you have that, the TNT Tracking portal will tell you exactly what date it will be delivered. But if UKVI didnt send you the tracking number, you can not get it from TNT Customer Service as couriers from UKVI is handled by a special team and CS team do not ...

Shall I receive any notification from UKVI or the delivery company about the time for the delivery of my BRP card? Anyone knows? I am not living in the address that I listed in my application now, so have to know the exact delivery date to travel there to collect it. Thanks for the suggestion! UKVI...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

I think 9th Sep. UKVI have told us that they aim to deal with ALL applications in date order. This means that your case will be dealt with by UKVI based on the date of your registration with UKVI/UKVCAS. Is it not the date of payment to UKVI? Since it was the date of registration with UKVCAS that m...

Hi all, did someone mention that ILR Set O with only physical biometrics submission is being processed based on application date, not biometrics appointment date? I applied on Oct 4, and had biometrics appointment on Oct 21, but have not received a decision... Meanwhile some other fellow members he...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Hi - I've just booked a (free) biometrics appointment in London exactly 4 weeks from now. I desperately need to get my ILR on time to travel in December to visit a sick relative. I can see that once you book the appointment, there is no way of seeing current appointment availability unless you canc...

Thank you everyone. Can I please ask what type of Docs I should upload to UKVCAS for Set O as their headings are not very clear, compared to UKVI checklist - Residence in UK: Is it proof of leave to remain, i.e. BRP, or proof of address? - Finance: Is it bank statement or P60 or payslip or ALL? - Pr...

Hi, As London is now entering Tier 2 and the rest of UK are in different Tiers, do you think that the situation will impact UKVCAS appointments like what we have seen in Mar-Jun? I feel that it shouldnt because current restrictions are mostly on social life, not business activity? Also the centres a...
