I have a question regarding payment, apologies if this has already been covered in the FAQ. Do I just fill in the payment forms for AN and passport and and those forms to NCS when I apply as proof of payment? When do I know that the money has gone from my account?

I am due to apply through naturalisation and passport through NCS. I picked up a passport application form from a post office. On section 5 in the form, it is asking about a certificate of naturalisation. Do I just cross out "No" in that section?
