Dependent Settlement in the UK

Dear All, My self and my wife got settlement visa in the UK on July'15. My daughter (8 years) is Tier 2 dependent visa (she is eligible but i didn't apply) and she is with me last 6 years. I would like to apply for her settlement visa, could you please let me know application form and what documents...

Dear Sirs/Madams, My appointment on 08th July, I am applying for myself and my wife only. Can I take my childrens with me to home office, will they allow my kids inside ? I wanted to apply naturalisation for them when I get my ILR (they born in UK). Can someone please let me know. Kind Regards, SS

I calculated the time period, it comes 4 years 11 months and 4 days.

In my case, I should write 4 years 11 months, am I write?
