I am filling the dependent partner and dependent child application thru online, i yet to process the payment and not sure whether i need to download and send the completed application to any Postal address. Please advise

Does this mean, I can apply for entry clearance (T2 General) outside of UK before T2 ICT expires and can travel immediately with no cooling off period?
Came to UK with Business Visa on 2011 and then later traveled to UK again with T2 ICT Long term on 2014 and continuing here with T2 ICT long term. My question would be , is that possible to Switch to T2 General (either from UK or outside of UK) and also whether eligible for ILR. Please advise.
