When is the latest time I can submit FLR M application

Hello there
My visa expires on APR 10 2016
I have a premium appointment booked on MAR 28 2016
I wanted to know do I have to apply 28 days before my visa expires? I am very unclear about this?
I am on a spouse visa which is for 33 months and now I am applying for my 1st extension.

With the FLR(FP) Route do I have to make the application every 2 1/2 years. I wanted to know what application fees are involved? and also will they take into consideration the 2 1/2 years I have already stayed in the country or its 10 years from the point for the new application.

Hello there
I wanted to know if the sponsor is claiming child benefit and not the applicant for the FLR (M) souse visa extension, will that in anyway have an negative impact on the application?
Also do you have to provide bank statements showing the child benefit entries in the the account?

Thank first for the quick reply to my question.

I guess its safe for me to say that It will be fine to apply for my wifes FLR M spouse visa extension if I am earning £19000 per year having one child with her who is British and holds a British passport.
