In the previous application FLR(M) - I applied the same way as I am doing now.
my and my wife, combined our salary, both employed as employess for my dads limited company where he is the director.
Everything was fine in the previous application.

child benefit is in my name (british citizen). working tax and child tax credit is also in my name - but in the application i had to put her details as it was required so in the claim her emplyment salary is accounted for. Dear Moderator

Just a question on the working tax credit rule,

its says :

You’re from Algeria, Morocco, San Marino or Tunisia

You can’t get Working Tax Credit.

My wife is Moroccan and im a British Citizen can i not make the application jointly?
