I will be Irish national on 14th Dec. Just have a quick question My wife is Stamp 3 at the minute as dependant. Does she get stamp 4 straight away in Gnib office with proof of my Irish Naturalisation certificate. Or Do I have to wait and get my Irish passport and then we will go to Gnib for stamp 4....
