Absolutely correct

big companies such as Royal Mail has a policy for their graduate programe that you could only be considered candidate if you have 3 year valid leave to remain on your passport. mean initial (2 years) hsmp visa holder are discouraged.

I think we don't need to have permission from homeoffice if we change place of study. but home office encourage, we let them know if we change place of study. it's not mandatory.

I was trying to have GURU's opinion on this issue. its bit tricky though. guideline only say within 12 months. but in this case its about 4 years since I was employed full-time.

let me explain what happpend first time, usualy in Pakistan, issueing authority issued birth certificate in local language but in my case, upon my request they issued me in english and endorsed on it that was genuine but homeoffice didn't accept that because traditionaly ppl obtain birth certificate...
