Re: ILR Code of practice

Hi,

You should have to use whatever mentioned in the recent COS(Certification of Sponsorship) that you had used for your Tier 2 Extension

Re: Employment History from HMRC

Hi All,

If we have all P60's for 5 years there are scenarios like long absences...in this case do we need to show P45 as well for ILR?

Thanks for your response sushdmehta!!!

1. Do I need to show any evidence for my unpaid leave?

2. Do I need to show any evidence that my 2 months(June and July) salary is in one payslip?

3. These 8 days do I need to mention in SET(O) form?

Unpaid Salary - ILR

Hi seniors,

I have query regarding my unpaid salary

I have some 8 days unpaid leave in July month and my employer mentioned the same in payslip as well.

For example say: Unpaid Leave 8 days * xxx amount

1. Will this be any problem for my ILR?
2. Do I need to submit any proof for this?

Re: 90 Day rule - Tier2 General

No....thats where I am splitting my absences into 2 years ....if the absences <180 days you no need to provide any evidence...If you have some sort of evidence that will be good.

In my case my employer is providing some sort of letter, because my absences were related to business..not personal.
