Re: Submitting application right after midnight

I also made application right after mid-night but the time was 1:16 am. The payment confirmation email was displaying the right date/time. Most probably the payment processing system is set according to GMT time, our our before the real time. I think the time on application pdf should have correct d...

Re: General discussion on naturalization applications

Hi Everyone, I made naturalisation application on 19th Sep but never received an acknowledgement email. My biometrics are booked for 11th Oct. I was looking on timeline thread and noticed that most people confirmed that they received acknowledgement email on the application date and few days after t...

Has the child resided at least 10 years in the UK?
No, the child entered in UK 1st time in Nov 2015 with Tier 2 Dependent VISA. So child resided about 5 years.

Do you think studying in UK is any helpful in regards to english language test? Child has already completed GCSE and is in college now.

Re: Booking Biometrics appointment

Strange that there are no free appointments available now. I was able to book free appointments for my family of 4 on 20th Nov in Croydon. I had tried after mid-night. Maybe the recent lockdown has affected the staff count in UKVCAS which as a return affected the free appointments availability. They...

Re: **** COVID19 Biometrics appointments and UKVCAS ***** (Discuss here ONLY)

Hi Guys, not sure if this is the right place to ask an MN1 biometric question. Are the applications processed sequentially unlike ILRs where some categories are faster than others. I can see in the Naturalization timelines that on average, it's taking 7-8 weeks. Asking to check if an early biometri...

Re: MN1 cert - royal mail?

Yes, I received MN1 form by royalmail last month. Regardless of current royalmail delivery problems, there were some delays (at-least in our case, last month). See below dates to get idea about delays in our case: Date on registration certificate: 26/11/2020 Date on accompanying letter: 10/12/2020 D...
