my friend IELTS in 2010 which he submitted with his Initial Tier 1 general application. he got ILR IN 2016.Do he need to take IELTS again as it has expired already.

Dear casa thank you very much. but I am bit confused about child tax credit.as you mentioned it much be claimed under me and my wife name.so should I not claim it at all because it will effect my wife ilr.
