As mentioned "Took the contract". So why would it cause a problem when he has genuinely taken the contract. That's why i have mentioned every document should be genuine and verifiable. It has nothing to do with time frame of visa processing. That was my advice based on some experiences but...

It is good to provide proof of accommodation. But one year is enough and you can tell them that it is initially for one year and I might change or renew it if asked. Yes we have valid british visa but nor for N ireland. My question is that do authorities ask for any legal entry requirement before temp stamp or is it OK to travel with my brother who is UK national and moving to Ireland with us.

He Has already moved to ireland and working in a retail store. He got his pps and will come back in a month time after renting a house for us. Then me and my family will move with him and apply for resident permit.
