How important is it to attache the spouse passport size pictures when submitting application to sheffield?

Main reason of refusal is my income which home office guy calculated wrong..he calculated my salary after deducting tax and that's less than £18,600 but including tax its £19,200. I don't know anything yet but everyone here knows better than me..if anyone could tell me how the salary is calculated....

Hi

When u are refused/rejected ur spouse visa. Does a letter to the sponser be sent also? Or is it just the spouse who receives a letter wen they go to pick up passport from office?

Can you do ur TB test b4 your current one expires? if you know ur TB test will be out of date by the time ur application happens can u do it in advance b4 expiration? @lishah121 Yes u can say they r cash gifts but make sure u declare who gave u etc and say some is personal savings and some from wages And most of all, the money must remain in lishah121's bank account untouched for at least 6 months. What if I get a letter from the employer saying he has paid me the wage that was under in April & that I have paid back the over payment of total 40p back to the employer? Will this be ok? I'm not too sure but I think it would be okay as long as your employer verified it but then again they may...

@lisha121 Okay so it's not just one, I'd say re apply and it doesn't matter just do one job how much do u earn from the one?m I earn £13,500 from one job. Ok so u would need £28,750 savings I earn £13,000 and savings were £30,000 Can the savings be a gift from different family members to me?

If your application gets declined because your wage slip anount don't match the amount on bank statment. What is the best next step to take, appeal or just do a fresh application?
