I guess that's why some ppl with 40 were granted, so there are indeed exceptional considerations.

I got mine as well. The immigration agency that had been working with my employer just informed the HR. Btw, stephybailey24, are you certain that it is 40 points. Hi ks227, Looking at gov.uk site it has 2,049 certificates available for July month. Could you please clarify how does it add 100 to that? Basically, it's what the policy says... MAC either accepts the No. of Cos available (in this case 2049, plus 100) as the maximum, or they reject all that below ...
