Received a missed delivery card yesterday. Was surprised to collect a rather large package (containing everything we had sent the Home Office) With the 4.5 kg package there was a single sheet of paper stating that my residence card should arrive within 10 working days! Jambo, Question, how would applying for an EEa Family Permit from abroad for an unmarried partner lead to the right to work? I was told that entering on an Extended Family Member permit would extinguish any existing leave conditions and as an unmarried partner you would almost certainly be restricte...
