When you get a call to collect your passport, does the number be your VAC number, or does it be from Islamabad?

@sajjaduk Thanks for d reply bro but already tried that with our first child, and it took almost a year, and still the application was refused over a very stupid reason, and they advised me to register the child as British in the UK, then reapply for the passport.
