if you got points then its a FPNnot PCN. PCN is a civil matter and doesnt result in points on licence. I believe in other forums they say to wait 3 years...id personally go 3 years from the last date you mentioned

No they copy your BRP and your original documents and give them back to you. the only original they take is the Life In The UK pass notification but they give u a copy of it
