Hi all, I am currently on HSMP and would be applying for ILR based on 10 years. My partner and child are on dependent visa. Now, once I get ILR, my partner will apply for ILR as we as she completes 10 year but after a month. So if my ILR is successful, does my partner need to switch to dependent on ...

Hi there,
800+533+533=1866 for what period?
So, I should have consistently a balance of 1866 over the last six month in my bank account?
or do I need to show that I I have saved 1866 per month for the last six month?

According to new rule, if your student visa expires and you leave the country before it expires and re-enter the UK with new UK visa from your home country, it is not considered a break in residency.

Can I apply for ILR based on 10 years of legal residency in person and get it in a day? What sites do process ILR in person. I would be thankful if anyone has got experience of it. Does anybody recommends good OSIC agent to get in done in a day.

I had WP before new 5 year to ILR rule was implemented. I also qualified for HSMP. However, home office told me that WP and HSMP are treated identically for the ILR purpose and there is no need and benefit of switching.
