she have to give her passport number thats the only way to verify that she's british, if she refuse to do so you have to ask someone else like the head teacher, doctor, dentist etc. Professional referee has not to be necessarily British but the second referee has to be British. I had ILR on 22 Dec 2009 and I am planning to apply thru NCS.

1. What is the earliest UKBA will accept my application?
