If one applies for FRL(M) application in person (along with the spuse and his/her passport), does the home office process whole application on the same day and does one get the passport same day?

Seeking extension with my dependents in the same application

Hi all,
I am sending my application for extension. Do my partner and child have to fill separate application and pay additional fees? When I submitted my initial application, I just submitted all together as one application and there was no dependent forms or fees?
Thank for your help guys.

Booking for FLR (M) application online

If I hold ILR, how can my partner book for FLR(M) application online or do I need to book appointment as well? She can apply her on own? Do I need to go to the PEO or she can take my visa for the purpose?

Hi Vinny,
So if I get ILR in Dec 2009, my partner need to switch to FLR(M) immediately? She will complete her 10 years in 2 months time in Feb 2010 and be eligible for ILR based on 10 years. If we apply for FLR(M) during that period her FLR(M) application won't be even processed by Feb 2010?
Thanks
