1. Yes, you can claim CB for all your children in your name, you are entitled to claim. No effect on their immigration status. 2. You can claim for all children. You are claiming not the children. Applied 19th March and still waiting :( I think H/O is clearing the 5 yrs route first. What you guys think? I don't think so as I applied based on 5 years residency and still waiting. It's 5 month on Monday! I don't care if few people say stuff but what's wrong with first 2 week of March applicants...
