FLR(O)
fee is same as for every FLR(O)
Passports obviously :)
Baby original birth certificate + birth certificate showing names of parents
3 month payslips
3 month bank statement
Cover letter by Father(if he is HSMP holder)

thats all I can recall quickly..

Hi Again, Writting in order to complete it. Hope someone else might find it helpful. I applied on 14th aug,2008...they contacted me around 2nd oct as they want detailed birth certificate of baby showing parent names,I sent that straightaway and visa issued 14th oct,though I got passport on 14th nov....

Hi

I'm filling FLR(O) for my newborn.A bit confused because of fallowing quote
Don't leave them blank. Complete them as relevant. For example Q3.1 is obviously "D".

D is 'AU Pair', should I tick on it OR should I tick on other and in description write ' Dependent of HSMP visa holder'.

Hi!

I'm planning to apply FLR(O) for my baby (I'm on HSMP). Just double checking what documents I need to submit

FLR(O)
My Passport (do I need to send my wife passport as well)
Birth Certificate
Bank statement (do I really need to send this)

Anything else??

Out of interest I need to know what will happen to children of immigrants born in uk..currently children who born in UK get passport if thier parents have PR..now as they are planning to replace it with probationary citizenship...I suspect they won't be eligible any more?

spouse of student=allowed to work=work permit

if a=b
and b=c
then a=c

Agree with you John! I should go with point 1 i.e. first apply child with FLR(IED) and see what happens. Only fear is, that they might reject all 3 applications and I've to go through whole process again and paying another 335 quids. If I apply for my child using FLR(O) and they give him 12 months v...

I got visa till 16-06-06. 2 months are 16th of April but as it will be easter break, so I'm thinking of applying by 11th of April.

In btw no travel plans shortly.
