You said PCN.. Are you referring to normal parking ticket? Could you please elaborate nature of traffic offence?

Do you mean to say i can apply as soon as i am with-in 90 days limit if i count 365 days backward. so i dont have to wait another year but only few days so that i am well with-in 90 days at time of application? Lets say if i apply on 25 of july and if i count backwards i will be 85 days away in 365 ...

90 Days rule after ILR for BC

Greetings everyone!

I have spent over 95-97 Days in total out of UK in last 365 Days. My ILR was Approved MID JULY 2015.

How long do i have to wait before i can apply for my BC.

I had been away for family reasons. i.e. not work related.
