Moderators Please have a look.
This forum doesn't tolerate anything like forming a partnership etc. through a forum, which raises question on the genuineness of the application.

Re: Business Loan (Ent Ext)

As per my understanding No. In your initial application you have stated to HO in your Application form that you have access to 200K readily available to you through out the course of your 3 years leave (visa). Hence Director's Loan as per my understanding is only formed when you transfer money from ...

Re: Extension for 50 K

You got visa prior to April 2014 Therefore 2 full time (30 hours a week) employments for at least 12 months (3120hours) consecutive or in combination of more than 2 employees over the period of three years. You definitely need to transfer minimum of 50K from personal to bussiness account. No restric...

Re: Short to LR 1.5 months

FLR O might be an option
But If SET LR is sent via post before time in this case 1.5 Month before. Will it be rejected or invalid? any options will be given to apply fresh application etc?or wil face removal?
What are the possibilities of outcome here.

Re: Long Residence (10 years) SET (LR) applications

thanks for the reply. This seems very simple. but if extension gets refused early and AR as well. 10 years struggle will be lost.
Also Tier 1 Extension fee+ cost is about 8K for 3 applications. if successful then 90 days later SET LR And SET M is another 9K.
